What You'll Need for Whipped Feta with Honey:
Ingredients:
- Grapes (I used red seedless)
- Feta cheese
- Plain yogurt
- Olive Oil
- Rosemary
- Garlic
- Lemon Juice
- Honey
- Salt (optional)
- Almonds (optional topping)
Serve it with your favorite crackers, pita chips, bread, or crunchy veggies!
Equipment:
- Food Processor (I use the mini food processor by Cuisinart) or handheld mixer
- Baking Sheet
A high-powered blender or handheld mixer can also work if you do not have a food processor. If you prefer to do it by hand, use a whisk for a heartier textured dip (just as delicious!).
How to Make Roasted Grapes:
Roasted grapes add so much flavor, sweetness, and texture to the whipped feta dip. Simply start by tossing the grapes in olive oil, dried or fresh rosemary, and a pinch of salt. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit on a baking sheet. While the grapes roast, it is time to make the whipped feta with honey!
How to Make the Dip:
This whipped feta dip could not be more simple! Add feta, yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, and honey to a food processor or mini food processor. Pulse until creamy and smooth. Transfer to a serving bowl or shallow dish.
Optional toppings: additional honey, chopped almonds or other nuts, and herbs such as rosemary, thyme, and parsley!
Serve with the roasted grapes on the side or top!
How to Store it:
Whipped feta can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Freeze it in an airtight container for up to three months.
Variations:
Want to try a more festive alternative? Try cranberries instead of grapes!
To make vegan, use vegan feta crumbles and plant-based yogurt. Use maple syrup for the honey.

This whipped feta with honey dip and juicy roasted grapes adds flavor to your next charcuterie board or appetizer to entertain for the next football game or holiday party!
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Cook Time: 25 minutes
- Total Time: 30 minutes
- Yield: 6-8 servings 1x
- Category: Appetizer
- Method: Oven
- Cuisine: Mediterranean
- Diet: Vegetarian
Ingredients
2 cups whole red grapes, stems removed
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon dried rosemary (see Notes)
¼ teaspoon salt (optional)
8 ounces feta crumbles
6 ounces plain yogurt
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice (about half a lemon)
¼ cup pure honey
Optional toppings: chopped almonds, dried oregano, fresh parsley, and additional honey
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the grapes on a parchment-lined baking sheet, and drizzle with the olive oil, rosemary, and salt. Toss to combine and spread the grapes evenly on the sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until browning occurs, and rotate halfway through cooking.
While the grapes are roasting, transfer the feta cheese, yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, and honey to a food processor. Pulse until evenly mixed to a creamy consistency. This will slightly whip the feta making it a smooth dip. Transfer the feta mixture to a serving dish. Top with additional honey, almonds, and fresh herbs (optional).
Serve with the roasted grapes on the side or sprinkled on top. Try it dipped with crackers, a baguette, or with cold veggies as an appetizer!
Notes
- One tablespoon of chopped fresh rosemary can also be used.
- To make this vegan, substitute plant-based feta cheese and plant-based yogurt for the regular feta and plain yogurt, and maple syrup for the honey.
