What You'll Need for This Air Fryer Cauliflower Recipe:
Ingredients:
- Cauliflower
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Smoked Paprika
- Ground coriander
- Garlic cloves
- Dried or fresh thyme
- Salt and pepper

Equipment:
Tongs

How to Make Cauliflower in the Air Fryer:
Before mixing the ingredients, make sure the cauliflower is in bite-sized pieces, or florets. This will allow the cauliflower to cook evenly and get crisp. Smaller pieces make this an easier side dish or appetizer, and kid-friendly! Remove the outer leaves and central core of the cauliflower head when prepping.
Combine the remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl, and then toss the cauliflower until fully coated.
Transfer the cauliflower to the air fryer and cook at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-12 minutes. If you need more time, add 1 minute to the cooking time until desired.
Serve with your favorite sauce for a tasty appetizer or with your favorite entree for a meal.
No air fryer? No problem! You can roast the cauliflower on a baking sheet for 25 to 30 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Add an additional few minutes at a time to achieve the desired level of browning.

How to Store it:
Store the air fryer cauliflower in an airtight container for 3 to 5 days in the refrigerator or for 6 months in the freezer. Cool the cauliflower before freezing or refrigerating.
Variations:
Not a fan of cauliflower? Try it with parsnips, broccoli, or carrots!
If you prefer more flavor, try it with coconut oil or butter.
For fewer spices, omit the paprika and coriander. This would also be tasty with lemon zest, cheese, or onion powder.
Like most vegetables, cauliflower is a nutrition powerhouse! Try it in soups, pasta, salads, and more!
