Parsley, Lemon, and Garlic make gremolata so delicious and flavorful!

How To Make Gremolata:

Gremolata is probably the simplest recipe out there and doesn't need a recipe. In a food processor, pulse the parsley (including the stems) and garlic cloves until finely chopped. Transfer to a mixing bowl and combine with the lemon zest.

This can also be done using a chef's knife, a grater, and a cutting board. Finely chop the parsley, grate the garlic, and zest the lemons. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.

How To Store It:

Gremolata can be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to a week. Freeze the gremolata by dividing it into ice cube trays and storing it in the freezer for several months.
