Use this gremolata recipe to add bright, fresh flavor to veggies, pasta, your favorite proteins, and more!
1 1/2 cups loose parsley (a large bunch including the stems)
2-3 garlic cloves, peeled
Zest of 2 lemons
In a food processor*, combine the parsley and garlic cloves. Pulse until the parsley is finely chopped. Transfer to a mixing bowl and stir in the lemon zest until thoroughly combined.
* This can also be done by hand with a chef's knife and a cutting board. Finely chop the parsley and mince the garlic cloves. Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
Optional: Add in 1/4 cup toasted almonds or pistachios to the food processor for a fun variation!
