A yogurt bark recipe with white chocolate and berries will be your next favorite summer treat! No baking for these frozen Greek yogurt bars!
3 cups Greek vanilla yogurt (see Notes 1)
1/4 cup fresh raspberries, thawed if frozen
1/4 cup blueberries, thawed if frozen
1/4 cup strawberries, sliced, thawed if frozen
1 ounce white chocolate, shredded or finely chopped (see Notes 2)
Spread the yogurt onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, about 1/4 inch thick. Sprinkle all of the toppings (see Notes 3). Lightly cover with plastic wrap or parchment paper.
Transfer to the freezer and chill for at least 3 hours or until frozen solid. Cut up into squares and serve. The yogurt bark will slightly soften and melt after about 5 minutes from the freezer giving it a more desired softness for eating.
Store leftover yogurt bark in an airtight container or sealed freezer bag for up to 3 months.
