Tasty and refreshing mango popsicles blended with Greek yogurt and honey! A delicious treat the whole family will enjoy!
2 cups fresh mango chunks, thawed if frozen
1 cup plain Greek yogurt (see Notes) 1
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 tablespoon honey (see Notes 2)
In a blender or food processor, blend all of the ingredients until smooth. Pour the mango yogurt mixture into popsicle molds (see Notes 4). Cover and insert popsicle sticks (unless the cover has sticks attached).
Transfer the popsicle molds covered and upright into the freezer. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight until frozen solid.
2. For a vegan alternative, use non-dairy yogurt for the yogurt and maple syrup for the honey.
3. For Gluten-sensitive, check the labeling of the yogurt to verify it is gluten-free.
4. For less mess when pouring the mixture into the molds, pour over a funnel or spoon into the molds.
